Ulrich von Zelking und seine Frau Elisabeth verkaufen ihr rechtes Eigen, den Halmerhof in der Pfarre St. Leonhard und 2 Güter im Scheibenbach und ein Holz zu Kürnberg, die ihnen von ihrem Oheim vererbt wurden, dem Herzog Rudolf IV. für das Kloster Gaming.
