Niklas Bauknecht und seine Frau verkaufen dem Niklas dem Payr und seiner Frau ihr Haus und ihre Hofstatt, welche dem Kloster Imbach untertänig sind, und jährlich 15 Wiener Pfenning Burgrecht geben.
