Jakob Gerbenprater gesessen an dem "Tehenperg" und Elsbeth, seine Frau, verkaufen Wolffart dem Ganser, Richter an dem "Greulperg", und seiner Frau ihren Hof am "Tehenperg", von dem man dem Stift Seckau jährlich 5 1/2 Schilling Wiener Pfenning dient, um 19 Pfund 6 Schilling Wiener Pfenning.
