Cum plerique. incendiarii tue dioc(esis) ob inimiciasa) capitales et alia iusta impedimenta nostro se nequeant conspectui presentare absolutionis beneficium petituri, sicut ex parte tua fuit propositum coram nobis, presentium tibi auctoritate concedimus, quatinus recepto ab eis iuxta formam ecclesie iuramento ipsis beneficium absolutionis impendas iniungens eisdem sub debito prestati iuramenti, ut et illis satisfaciant competenter quibus dampna intulisse noscuntur et quam cito se facultas obtulerit cum tuarum testimonio litterarum nostro se conspectui representent mandatis apostolicis parituri.
