Papst Innozenz IV. befiehlt dem Abte von St. Peter, das Domkapitel, dem er zum Schutze seiner Besitzungen die Anlage von Befestigungen auf eigenem Boden erlaubt habe (n. 181), es in diesem Vorhaben zu schützen und gegen Widersacher mit kirchlichen Zensuren vorzugehen. »Ut dilecti filii«.
