Abstract
25. August 1309, Passau
Bf Wernhard v. Passau an DP (Friedrich), Dekan (Weichard) und das Domkapitel: in Ansehung der gegenseitigen Liebe von altersher erlaubt er, daß sie die Neubruchzehenten im Orte Schenkenbrunn (Shenchenprunn) in der Pfarre Arnsdorf (Arenstorf), Diöz. Passau, einsammeln und anstatt des Bischofs innehaben. »Mutue karitatis«. Dat. Patav. a. d. 1309 8 kal sept. Or. S in Wien.
