Notariatsinstrument über das von Leonhard Keutschach, Propst zu Eberndorf, getane Versprechen, binnen Jahresfrist eine päpstliche Bulle zu erwirken, dass die durch den Kardinal von Anjou geschehene Resignation der Dompropstei von Salzburg in die Hände des Papstes und die päpstliche Verleihung dieser Würde an ihn, Leonhard, das Domkapitel an seinem freien Wahlrecht nicht präjudizieren solle.
