Papst Paul V. meldet dem Domkapitel, dass er den Nuntius Anton Diaz bevollmächtigt habe, die Resignation des Eb Wolf Dietrich anzunehmen; zugleich erteilt er dem Domkapitel die Befugnis, zur kanonischen Wahl eines neuen Erzbischofs zu schreiten. 
Original dating clause: die Vii. Ianuarii MDCXii Pontificatus Nostri Anno Septimo / die XVI Februarii MDCXii.
