Bayern begeben sich in ihrem Streite mit Eb Konrad auf das Vogteirecht über die Pfarrkirche St. Georgen zwischen Laufen (Lavffen) und Tarsdorf, das ihre Amtleute sich im Namen der Herzoge usurpiert hatten. Nos Otto et Stephanus dei gracia comites palatini Reni duces Bawarie tenore presencium profitemur, quod cum inter reverendum in Christo patrem et dominum nostrum Chvnradum Salzburgensem archiepiscopum suamque ecclesiam ex una et nos ex parte altera super iure advocacie ecclesie parrochialis sancti Georii site inter Lavffen et Tarsdorf questio verteretur, nos racionabiliter docti et legittime informati in eadem ecclesia ius advocaticium nobis non conpetere, quod officiales nostri nostro nomine usurparunt, cedimus et renunciamus omni iuri et accioni, que nobis officiales nostri in dicto iure advocaticio credebant conpetere in ecclesia memorata ita, quod super eadem advocacia nullam sibi et ecclesie sue de cetero movebimus questionem. In cuius rei testimonium presentes litteras sibi dedimus sigillorum nostrorum munimine consignatas.
