Niklas Pocholder verkauft dem Eb Ortolf die Lehenschaft an dem Hof im Dorf Pühel bei Pettau (Puhel pei pettaw) um 28 Mark alter Grazer Pfennig. 
Original dating clause: geben nach christes gepurde 1347 jar des samstags acht tag nach dem prechen tag
