Jakob Stobitz, Sohn des verstorbenen Wilhelm Stobitz, Apotheker zu Salzburg, und dessen Ehefrau Anastasia, verkaufen an Hans von der Alm (Alben) ihr Haus und Hofstatt zu Salzburg am Aschhof.
