Papst Leo X. erteilt dem Kardinal Eb Matthäus die Erlaubnis, sich von jedem, mit dem apostolischen Stuhl in Gemeinschaft stehenden Bischof unter Assistenz von 2 - 3 anderen konsekrieren zu lassen.
