Universis hanc litteram inspecturis Hainricus de Weytra ministerialis austrie. Qnoniam diversarum occupacionum distractionibus inpediti anime nostre salutem procurare per nos, prout expedit, non valemus, salubre ducimus et consultum, ut de bonis a deo nobis collatis religiosorum divino cultui studiose vacancium necessitatibus succurramus, ut et ipsi temporalibus subsidiis sufficienter adiuti fiducialiter queant intendere sempiternis, et nos per opera supererogacionis que faciunt negligenciarum nostrarum supplementum percipere mereamur. Hinc tenore presencium protestamur, quod benignitatis spiritu inspirati, cenobio sanctimonialium nostre fundacionis in Maylan Jus patronatus ecclesie in Rapotenstain, quod nobis proprietatis tytulo conpetebat una cum domina chunigunde uxore nostra, nec non et filiis Hainrico et Hadmaro contulimus integre et liberaliter propter deum pro nostrarum remedio animarum. In cuius donacionis testimonium et confirmacionem presentem paginam conscribi fecimus et sigilli nostri munimine roborari. Acta sunt hec anno domini millesimo ducentesimo LXXI. tercio decimo Kalendas Marcii.
