In nomine domini amen. Vt ad memoriam perueniant posterorum ea que fiunt temporaliter, necesse est, ut solercia testium et scripture testimonio confirmentur. Nunc est, quod ego Perchta de Hohemberch notum facio tam presentibus quam futuris hanc literam inspecturis, videlicet quod divina inspiracione commonita ex consensu filiorum meorum Ditrici, Chalhochi Stephani et filiarum mearum Petrisse, Elizabeth, Sophye in remedium anime mee ac heredum meorum ac omnium progenitorum meorum Sex talenta redituum in Stranzindorf ex uera heriditate et annuo servicio mihi adtinencium cum omni iure proprietatis et aduocacie, que ad me spectare uidebantur, ad laudes perpetue uirginis dei genitricis Marie ad sanctum Bernhardum in Chrueg ad usus sanctimonialium inibi deo seruiencium tradidi simpliciter et precise. Ne autem pietas ab impietate turbetur, et donacio dicta tam rite facta a quoquam imposterum retractetur, litteram hanc cum adnotacione testium predictis sanctimonalibus contuli exsigillo fratris mei Stephani de Myssowe Marschalci Austrie, qui in ipsa donacione tunc presens aderat et proprii communitam. Acta sunt autem hec anno ab incarnacione domini Mo CCo Lxxxo in purificacione beate uirginis vniuersis uidentibus et audientibus qui in ipsa die tunc presentes fuerunt, cum eciam filia mea Wilwirgis de manu domini Ebronis abbatis de Zwetil suscepit habitum regularem. Testes vero sunt hii dominus Ebro abbas de Zwetil, frater Alhardus, frater Rapoto, dominus Stephanus de Myssowe, dominus Ortolfus de Ronberch, Ortolphus de preiteneich, Heinricus et Engilpertus fratres de pach et alii quam plures.
