Quia rerum temporalium acciones labente tempore a memoria hominum dilabuntur, nisi aliquo memoriali literarum cordibus viuencium et oculis reducantur. Hinc Ego Vlricus Plebanus de Stregen ad noticiam cunctorum presentes inspiciencium cupio peruenire, quod fatigata mente pertractans lites sepissime ortas inter me et Antecessores meos ex unaparte, et inter Procuratores et fratres Sanctimonialium de sancto Bernhardo ex altera parte propter decimas nostrarum ecclesiarum insimul confuse permixtas, cupiensque litem hanc in pacem concordiamque perpetuam commutare, habita super hoc matura deliberacione, et accedente consensu venerabilis in christo patris et patroni mei, domini Hainrici abbatis de Altenburga suique Conventus ad quos iuspatronatus ecclesie in Stregen pertinere dinoscitur, commutaui et dedi Monasterio predicto ad sanctum Bernhardum et personis religiosis inibi deo seruientibus omnes maiores decimas, quas dicta ecclesia Stregen habuisse constat in hiis quatuor locis, videlicet in Chrueg, in Ebenprunna, in Peugen et in Gruennberch iure perpetuo possidendas, et hoc de illis tantummodo agris, qui ad easdem villas iure antiquo et cultura noscuntur debita pertinere. In quibus decimis recepi a prefato Conuentu omnem decimam suam, quam in villa vronhofen dinoscitur habuisse, de illis duntaxat agris, qui ad eandem villam iure antiquo et cultura debita pertinere noscuntur. Salvo tamen vtrimque antiquo iure in decimis vinearum. Si tamen aliqui ex nunc conmutatis agris in vineas redigerentur, tunc ecclesia, que de eodem agro decimam grani percipere debuerat, eciam de agro permutato in vineam decimam vini procul dubio possidebit. In cuius permutacionis testimonium euidens tradidi prefato Monasterio et Conuentui Sanctimonialium ad sanctum Bernhardum presentem Kartulam meo sigillo ac venerabilis in christo patris domini Hainrici prefati abbatis de Altenburga suique Conventus, nec non predilecti domini mei ac advocati, domini Vlrici de Meyssaw Marschalci Austrie sigillis firmiter roboratam. Testes huius facti sunt dominus Ortolfus Mercz de Neundorf, dominus Engelpertus Chrueger, Almarus Castellanus de Vuchssperch, Johannes de Netestorf, Gotschalcus, Rinboto et Chunradus fratres mei et alii quam plurimi fide digni. Datum et actum aput sanctum Bernhardum Anno domini M. CCC. XX. in vigilia beate virginis et martiris Margarete.
