Abstract
2. April 1145, Friesach
Erzbischof Konrad von Salzburg1 übergibt dem Abte Wernher von St. Paul ,ecclesiam in honore s. Martini consecratam,2 quam moriens Amelbertus nobilis homo de Cholminze3 per manum nepotis sui Heinrici de Trimian delegauit, cum omnibus, que possidere uidebatur Lauent‘, um daselbst den Gottesdienst abzuhalten. Er selbst habe dieselbe erhalten, um daselbst den Gottesdienst anzuordnen, weil Amelbert und seine Vorfahren daselbst begraben seien. Er überlässt dieselbe dem Kloster, ,quia adiacent omnia et vicina sunt illi monasterio‘, unter dem Beirathe des Bischofs Roman von Gurk.4 ,Castrum vero Cholminze cum curte adiacente episcopalibus usibus collatum eadem traditione a bonis prefatis secernimus‘.
