Erzbischof Eberhard von Salzburg verkündet den Schiedsrichterspruch in einem Streite zwischen dem Archidiakon Konrad von Völkermarkt und dem Abte Ulrich von St. Paul ,super tribus capellis Gorensch inferiore1 et ecclesia sancti Cholomanni2 et capella sancte Marie in Pusters et super reconpensatione decimarum de quibusdam agris, quos iuxta forum Volchenmarcht iam dictus abbas in areas et domos redegerat‘. Der Spruch lautet dahin, ,quod abbas tres areas et partem orti (horti) ecclesie sancti Rudberti3 conferret libere et archidiaconus decimis, quas de residuis petebat areis, nec non et iuri, quod in supradictis capellis habere uidebatur uel habuit, omnino renuntiaret.
