Herzog Ulrich von Kärnten, Herr von Krain, widerruft auf die Klage des Abtes Gerhard von St. Paul, ,quod officiales nostri et iudices contra eorum libertates et consuetudines approbatas in ipsorum bonis ex ista parte Trahe scilicet in diocesi Salzburgensi per exactiones, inuasiones et aliarum incommoditatum genera molestias nostro nomine inferrent‘, alle auf diese Güter aufgelegten Steuern und Anforderungen, sich bloss jenes Recht vorbehaltend, welches sein Vater, Herzog Bernhard, ,per rationabiles consuetudines‘ übte. – Testes: dns Rudolfus de Ras, dns Otto de Vinchenstein, dns Siuridus de Maerenberch, dns Willehalmus de Minchendorf, dns Swarzmannus de Volchenmarcht, dns Hainricus capellanus plebanus in Pulst, dns Ortolfus plebanus in Landestrost, Chunradus et Fridericus notarii et a. q. p.
