Chunradus de Cholnitz zeigt an, dass er ,vrgente me necessitate inevitabili et ut maiora rerum dispendia euitarem, de consensu vxoris mee domine Elizabet et filii mei Friderici domino H.1 quondam abbati s. Pauli in Lauent vnam hubam in Ladencz2 pro V marcis denariorum monete vsualis et domino Ditrico successori suo XII hubas et dimidiam sitas apud s. Martinum in Hof, in Bawenbach et alibi pro XIII marcis denariorum et xvj marcis argenti ponderati, in quibus habui vsum aduocacie, renunciante filio meo predicto Friderico doli et minoris etatis exceptionibus‘, verkauft habe. Testes: Dns Duringus de Alpe, Hartmudus de Cholnicz, Hugo Bawarus dictus de Werd, Fridericus Aehter, Heinricus Prueler, Wigpoto famuli nostri et a. q. p.
