Abstract
13. November 1321, St. Veit
König Heinrich von Böhmen, Herzog von Kärnten, macht bekannt, dass ,nullus colonus seu censitus abbatis s. Pauli in valle Laventina ad vecturam aliquam teneatur cuiquam persone seculari cuiuscumque status vel condicionis existat preterquam nobis ad nostra edificia propria et que nostra specialiter obsequia respicere dinoscuntur‘, und befiehlt dem Hauptmanne und Vicedom in Kärnten, den Abt und seine Untergebenen hierin zu schützen.
