Abstract
15. Mai 1375, Avignon
Papst Gregor XI. befiehlt dem Propste von Gurk1, die Klagen des Abtes Konrad und des Conventes von St. Paul, ,quod Hermannus comes, Cilie, Wilhelmus de Scherpffenberg, Hugo Tibeyner milites et Elizabet relicta quondam Colonis de Seldenhouen militis uidua Aquilegensis diocesis super quibusdam pecuniarum summis, terris, possessionibus et rebus aliis iniuriantur eisdem‘, zu untersuchen, zu entscheiden und selbst mit kirchlicher Censur durchzuführen; doch dürfe er ohne specielles päpstliches Mandat auf das Gebiet des Grafen von Cilli das Interdict nicht legen.
