Elsbeth, des seligen Jacob Harder Tochter ,vnd Christoff vnd Mertel gebrüder vnd ich Dorothea ir swester Seybocz von Ruezzpach seligen chinder, der obgenanten Elspeten swester chind‘ erklären dem Abte Ulrich von St. Paul, dass weder sie noch ihre Erben einen Anspruch ,vmb den hof ze Hard gelegen mit aller zugehorung pey sand Pauls‘ haben.1
