Vidimus des Freiheitsbriefes von Kaiser Rudolph, bestätiget vom Kaiser Friedrich, Kraft welchem dem Bischofe und Capitl zu Passau zugestanden worden, das Getreide, Wein und Victualien zu ihrer Haus-Nothdurft Maut- und Aufschlagsfrey einzuführen.
