Das Kapitel von Zips (ecclesie Scepusiensis) bekundet, dass Johannes Horwath d.j. von Palocha und sein Neffe Georg Horwath zwei Bauerngründe in Plawnicza im Saroser Komitat an Barbara Horwath, Schwester des Johannes, auf Lebenszeit abgetreten haben.
