Hans von Motnicz (Metnitz), Mönch zu St. Lambrecht, verkauft mit Einwilligung des Bischofs Ernst von Gurk und seines Abtes Heinrich sein Haus am Pühel (Burgrecht vom Gurker Bischof) an Erhart den Chrueg, Bürger zu Metnitz, um 13 Pfund Wiener Pfennige. Sg: (Friedrich der Fular zu St. Lambrecht)
