Christof Welzer von Eberstein der Ältere verpfändet dem Hans von Himmelberg, Sohn des Andres, um 80 Pfund Pfennig drei Güter im Lavanttal, in der Lavamünder Pfarre gelegen: die Pächler Schwaig (Mathe Pächler), zwei Huben am Gaist (Haäsel am Weißenegg/Weyseneckh).
