Abt Wolfgang und der Konvent von Ossiach verkaufen der Kirche St. Nikolaus zu Rattendorf und deren Zechleuten Urban Swannte und Thomas Kaiser in der Pfarre St. Urban eine Hube zu St. Urban um 100 Pfund Pfennig, wofür das Kloster wiederum von Ulrich von Ernau einen Wald ober Pörnig käuflich erwirbt.
