Philipp Rigler, Bürger zu Waidhofen an der Thaya, bittet den edlen Rädlbrunner zu Wetzelsdorf um die Ausfolgung des in seinen Händen befindlichen Lehenbriefes gegen Bezahlung der betreffenden Gebühr.
