Albrecht IV. belehnt Ulrich von Wallsee mit einer Pfenniggült zu Feichtenbach (Gmd. Pernitz), die dieser von Pernhard dem Grafenwerder gekauft hat und die dem Herzog von Stephan dem Weitracher heimgefallen war.
