Nos fridericus dei gratia Gerstensis ecclesie Abbas et conuentus presentibus litteris protestamur, quod instante nobis necessitate penurie temporalis per desolacionem a bohemis peractam quinque virorum residencias In viting tres et super haida vnam et althamarij quintam circa castrum Trunam, que soluerunt nobis septem solidos annuatim, Domno ottoni de fransen et vxori sue domne Elysabeth et Dietmaro suo genero nec non et sue coniugi Offemye. locauimus pro frumento ad dies ipsorum quatuor tali iure, quod ipsi, qui pro tempore fuerint, In Natiuitate beate virginis triginta denarios nobis singulis annis persoluere teneantur ad manus officialis nostri de perbind in signum iuris antea nominati, et post mortem quatuor personarum ipsarum dicta bona redeant ad monasterium pleno iure ita, quod ad nullurn heredem ipsorum uel personam extraneam transeat Jvs premissum omni occasione remota.
