    Nos vlricus dei gratia Ecclesie Altenburgensis Abbas presentibus litteris declaramus, quod Dietlinus Colonus Ecclesie Gerstensis residens in Moderich iuxta Hoern, qui se in eisdem bonis ius, quod vulgariter purchreht dicitur, allegabat habere, renuntiauit huic ipso juri, idem . . . vnacum vxore sua Livkardi nomine nullo herede reclamante penitus eorundem ita, quod post eorurn duorum obitum dominus abbas Gerstensis dicta bona debet et potest in sue Ecclesie vtilitatem redigere qualemcunque. In Cuius rei testimonium presentes litteras scribi iussimus nostri Sigilli mvnimine roborantes Testibus subnotatis: Dominus ChvnRadus noster Cellerarius, Dominus ChvnRadus dictus Strenicher, Dominus ChvnRadus dictus .... zeldorfer, vlRicus der Wienner, HeinRicus Magister Curie in Chrems, Ortolfus de Gauelenz, Ortolfus der Chersperger et alii quam plures.
