Caspar, ewiger Vicar der Pfarrkirche zu Syrning, "welche dem erwürdigen Capitel der Tumkirchen zu Passau eingeleibt ist", tauscht mit dem Abt Berichtold gegen dessen Badstube "zu Syrning bey dem Vrsprung" die Hofstatt "am Aygen" Pfarre Syrning aus.
