Hanns Tader vnterm Schaurstain und seine Gattin Margreth geben dem Abt Berchtold zu U.L.F. Zeche zu Garsten das Gut "am Ruepelperg", Pfarre Pehemperg, welches die Margareth um ihr väterliches Erbe angekauft hat.
