In nomine sancte et indiuidue Trinitatis Patris et Filij et spiritus sancti. Amen. (Keine verlängerten Buchstaben.) Fridericus dei gracia Dux Austrie et Stirie et Dominvs Carniole Vniuersis fidelibus tam presentibus quam futuris, ad quos scriptum hoc deuenire contigerit, salutem in domino iesu christo. Plurima beneficia precedentium aput posteros aboleret obliuio, nisi scripture memorialibus uideretur (sic), quod attendentes nosse volumus vniuersos, ad quos hec pagina deuenerit, quod Venerabilis dominus Pilgerimus Abbas ecclesie Gleunicensis aui et patris nostri jllustrium Ducum Avstrie et Styrie nobis instrumenta presentans, simul rationabilibus precibus et deuotis humiliter nos induxit, ut pruilegia a memoratis principibus Glevnicensi collata Monasterio renouare consensu legitimo dignaremur. Cujus reuerentie meritum nos induxit, vt omnem graciam, quam aut auus aut pater noster memorato cenobio contulerunt, non artandam sed ampliandam liberaliter censeremus. Proinde sufficienter coram nobis ostenso (sic) legitimis instrumentis, quia auus noster Liupoldus Dux felicis memorie Ecclesiam Tvdich pro anime sue remedio memorato cenobio dederit et contulerit cum omnibus, que iure pertinent ad eandem, Nos tam pium factum aui et patris nostri plena ratihabitione laudantes et approbantes duximus presentibus confirmandum volentes, ut supra dictus Abbas ac omnes successores eiusdem iam dicte Ecclesie quieta possessione perpetuo gaudeant et fruantur. Nullique hominum nostram concessionem quolibet modo liceat infirmare, cum nostra interesse noscatur, quod ecclesie nostro iurj specialiter adtinentes inperturbabilorj per nos florere debeant libertate tanquam sub alis nostre defensionis ab omnibus impetitionum turbinibvs familiariorj quiete et requie potientes. Igitur ut a nullo hominum in dicta ecclesia memoratus Abbas suique successores aliqualiter perturbentur, sigilli nostri eandem duximvs testimonio roborandam Testibus subnotatis, Ipse dominus noster Eckebertus Babenbergensis Episcopus, Waltherus Abbas de Medelico, Vlricus Abbas de Gersten, Liutoldus Comes de Hardecke, Chunradus Comes de Hardecke, Anshelmus de Justinge, Wernhardus, Heinricus fratres de Schoumberch, Hademarus de Chunringe, Heinricus frater suus, Wichardus de Arnstein, Heinricvs de prvnne, Chvnradus, Irnfridus fratres de Hintperch, Vlricus de pilhiltdorf, Heinricus de Hakenberch, Heinricus de Lihtenstein, Heinricus de Merswanch, Otto de Haselowe, Bertoldvs de Engelschalsvelde et frater suus Wichardus, Liutoldus, Chunradus fratres de hohenstouf, Otto de Walchunschirchen, Prvnricus de Tobelich, Albertus de Symenning, Ebran de Ernsprvnne, Ditricus de Witmarcht, Hertnidus ouf der hohstraze, Paltramus an dem hohenmarcht, Giselherus, Vazen, Erlolfus, Chunradus Chamber et alii multi.
