Ego perichta relicta domini Wlfingi de Tegernpach vna cum filia mea agnete protestamur presentibus vniuersis hanc literam inspecturis, quod huba, vbi residet arnoldus an der Mul, a nobis libere vacat et omni iure nostro, quod in eadem huba habuimus, cessimus et ad possessiones Ecclesie in Maennsee judicamus perpetuo attinere, similiter mansum in monte aput hermutinge, quod singulis annis soluit VI. solidos in natiuitate sancte virginis, ecclesie in Maennsee pro remedio perpetuo donamus. huius rei testes sunt dominus Wichardus senior et junior Wichardus de pollenheim, hademarus et albero fratres de Wesen, Wernhardus de panetawe, hainreich de lav, dominus Leonhardus capellanus, Rudegerus scolasticus, Chunradus de Otnange, wigandus de pawngarten, hainrich frater ipsius, witigo scriba et alij quam plures. Datum in Welsa Anno domini M. CC. LXX. III.
