    In nomine sancte et indiuidue trinitatis. Notum sit omnibus presentem litteram inspecturis vel et audituris, quod ego Hertnidus de Ort quasdam possessiones meas, quas in meis vtilitatibus tenuj et iure feodali ab ecclesia Babenbergensi possedi sitas inter fluuium Styer et montem Pyrdonem, omnes preter duo beneficia, que Heinricus dictus Holzman a me in feodo habet, ecclesie hospitalis sancte Marie in Pyrn obligaueram pro xvj. marcis argentj et xxx libris denariorum wiennensis monete. Breuj vero tempore post hec elapso per montem Pyrdonem volens transire apud dictum hospitale pernoctauj, diuine remunerationis instinctu ammonitus ob remedium anime mee omniumque parentum meorum dicta bona cum omnibus iuribus mihi attinentibus et alijs meis possessionibus sitis in valle Gersten remissa mihi pecunia supradicta hospitali memorato libere et absolute ob reverentiam sancte Marie genitricis dej in remissionem peccatorum meorum contulj iure proprietario in perpetuum possidenda. Et ne talis mea donatio possit per aliquem impedirj, presentem paginam scribi fecj et sigillj mej munimine roborarj. Datum in domo dicti hospitalis anno domini M. CC. XXXVIIII. quarto jdus februarij.
