    In nomine domini nostri Jesu Christi. Ego Otto de Ror ad memoriam reduco omnibus christi fidelibus tam presentibus quam futuris, ad quos presens scriptum peruenerit, quod suggerente gratia diuina ob reuerentiam beate virginis Marie ad remedium et salutem anime mee, patris et matris nec non aliorum meorum predecessorum curiam apud fluuium chrems sitam, que curia etiam chrems nuncupatur, residente ibidem hainrico villico contuli et delegaui libere et nullo contradicente ad aram beate marie virginis hospitalis in pyrn. Ne autem propter labentis temporis casum in obliuiouem cedant posterorum, que ad salutem animarum feliciter aguntur, presentem cedulam scribi placuit et sigilli mei munimine firmiter roborarj testibus, qui presentes fuerunt, subnotatis: dominus perhtoldus magister hospitalis in pyrn, dominus pernhardus frater suus, dominus heinricus cellerarius, dominus heinricus sacerdos, hainricus de ahleiten, otto de ahleiten, herwicus de chluse, Ottakherus de Lauterpach, Otto notarius, chunradus de monte, heinricus de pvechirichen, Otto et fridericus fratres de scahen, dominus heinricus dyaconus de pvechirichen, frater marchardus, frater chvnradas, rupertus officialis et alij quam plures. Actum apud hospitale in pyrno domino perhtoldo ipsam domum procurante, Anno domini M. CC. LIIII. nona kalendas decembris.
