Der Notar Friderich Hofman, cler. Herbipolensis diocesis, beurkundet, das der erwählte Dechant Heinricus de Coburga rechtmässig gewählt wurde und durch den Ulreich Lengenfeld, Dekan, und Michael Altkind, Kanonikus der regie er norae fundacionis Ciritatis, und Kanoniker in Spital, bei Bischof Leonhart von Passau um Investierung bitten lässt. Zeugen: Mathias Weyger. Johannes Hasler, cler. Neuburgensis dioc. Johannes Bart, cler. Bamberg. dioc. capellarus in Hospitali.
