Ulrich, Propst Burchardus, Dekan, und das gesamte Kapitel zu Passau an Heinricus Vicedecanus zu Spital a. P., dass es - sede vacante - die Resignierung des Dechants Michael Altkind wegen Überganges in ein auswärtiges Kapitel angenommen habe und dass es eine Neuwahl anordnet.
