Heinricus epicopus Laventinensis verkauft dem Chunradus episcopus Chiemensis eine Hofstatt im Kai (aream sitam super ripam que vocatur Albe ex opposito domus sue in Salzburga in vico dicto Gehay) um 28 Pfd. Pf. und kauft dafür das Haus neben der Nikloaikapelle (capelle sancti Nicolai contigue adiacentis).
