Ortolf Tätzel, Bürger zu Saltzburg, seine Frau Agnes und ihre Kinder Sigmund und Elspet verkaufen dem Bf Silvester von Kyemsee ihr Burgrechtshaus und Hofstatt in Saltzburg im Gehay zunächst dem Chiemseehof (Burgrechtsdienst: 12 Pf. an den Dompropst von Saltzburg).
