Wilhelmus Stainer cappellanus capelle beate Marie Virginis in Curia Episcopali Chiemensis vermietet mit Zustimmung des Cristofforus confirmatus ad ecclesiam Chiemensem und des Leonhardus episcopus Saltzeburgensis einen Teil des zur oben genannten Kapelle gehörenden Hauses in platea Chrotach in civitate Saltzeburgensi exopposito curie Chiemensis dem Johannes Pleyer, secretatius et taxator Saltzeburgensis für 3 fl. und 4 Pfd. Pf. (Notariatsinstrument geschrieben vom Notar Petrus Hofmeyster de Ratisbona clericus).
