Kaiser Friedrich III. ersucht den Richter und Rat und die Bürger von Krems, ihm zur Abfertigung der Söldner 800 Pfund zu leihen und diese seinem Rat und Kämmerer Hans Rarbacher am St. Antonstag zu geben.
