Quia rerum temporalium acciones simul cum tempore obliuione perpetua labi solent, prouide statuit humana sagacitas facta necessaria scriptarum karacteribus memorie hominum perhenniter commendare. Hinc est quod nos, soror Elizabet dicta abbatissa, totusque conuentus sanctimonialium apud Sanctum Bernhardum notum fieri uolumus presencium inspectoribus uniuersis, quod considerantibus nobis lites sepissime habitas inter procuratores et fratres nostros ex una parte, et plebanos de Stregen ex altera parte, racione decimarum nostrarum, utrimque in confiniis nostris confuse permixtarum, decreuimus easdem lites radiciter amputare; vnde habito super hoc maturo et vnanimi consilio inter nos, accedente quoque consensu venerabilis in Christo patris nostri domini Ottonis abbatis de Zwetel suique conuentus, commutando dedimus omnes decimas maiores, quas in Vronhouen habuimus, de illis dumtaxat agris, qui ad eandem uillam iure antiquo et cultura debita spectant, domino Vlrico plebano de Stregen sibique in eadem ecclesia perpetuo succedentibus, pro omnibus maioribus decimis, quas eadem ecclesia Stregen habuisse dinoscitur in sub scriptis quatuor locis, videlicet in Chrug, in Ebenprunna, in Peugen et in Grunnberch, de illis eciam tantummodo agris, qui ad easdem uillas iure antiquo et cultura noscunt debita pertinere, saluo tamen vtrimque iure in decimis vinearum antiquo. Si autem aliqui de illis ex nunc commutatis agris in vineas redigerentur, tunc ecclesia, que de eodem agro decimam grani percipere debuerat, eciam de permutato agro in vineam decimam vini procul dubio possidebit. In cuius rei euidens testimonium dedimus prefato domino Vlrico sueque ecclesie in Stregen has patentes literas nostro sigillo ac venerabilis in Christo patris nostri prefati domini Ottonis abbatis de Zwetel necnon perdilecti fundatoris nostri nobilissimi domini Vlrici de Meyssaw marschalci Austrie simulque domini Nicolai plebani de Noua Ecclesia sigillorum munimine fideliter confirmatas. Testes horum sunt: dominus Engelpertus Chruger, Almarus castellanus in Fuchssperch, Johannes de Netestorf, Ortolfus Praitnaicher et frater suus Ortolfus, Herwoldus de Mollt, Hainricus de Dachpach, Ditricus de Sancta Maria et alii quam plurimi fide digni. Datum et actum apud Sanctum Bernhardum anno domini MCCC. vicesimo in vigilia beate virginis et martiris Margarete.
