Graf Otto von Eberstein, Reichsverweser in Österreich und Steiermark, und der Landschreiber Witigo in Steiermark bestätigen, dass die Marktgräfin Sophie von Andechs zu Lebzeiten Herzog Friedrichs II. verfügt hat, dass ihr Besitz bei Oberwölz nach ihrem Tod an das Kloster Admont fallen soll.
