Rudolf, der Stadtrichter zu Neustadt bezeugt, dass sich Eber, genannt Mennil, und dessen Gattin Matza mit Abt Ulrich I. von Admont um ein Drittel von einem Weingarten und einem Hofe zu Gainfarn verglichen haben.
