Herzog Ernst (der Eiserne) befiehlt auf die Bitte der Bürger von Rottenmann dem Ulrich Völklein, Landschreiber in der Steiermark, alle Gasthäuser im Umkreis einer Meile um die Stadt abzuschaffen.
