      Nos Rudolfus dei gratia dux Austrie et Styrie, dominus Karniole, Marchie ac Portus Naonis presenti pagina constare volumus tam presentibus quam futuris, quod cum dilectus genitor noster Albertus illustris dux Austrie et Styrie privilegium dederit ecclesie Chotwicensi, quatenus ei de eiusdem ecclesie possessionibus ducenti modii avene pro iure advocacie ab abbate illius loci annuatim solverentur, nos vestigiis patris nostri in hac parte adherere volentes iam dicte ecclesie in recompensam predictorum serviciorum, quemadmodum pater noster, sic et nos indulsimus ac presentibus indulgemus, quatenus nullus umquam hominum sub nomine advocati aut iudex vel preco de nostra permissione sive alicuius officii vel iudicii occasione eisdem fratribus in possessionibus ipsorum nec citra nec ultra Danubium iniuriam inferat vel offendere presumat, nisi forte aliquis morte condempnandus in bonis ipsorum repertus fuerit, quem tamen iudex noster auctoritate propria non usurpabit, sed retentis bonis illum, sicut cingulo accinctus fuerit, nostro iudici homines ecclesie assignabunt. Statuimus eciam locum et tempus assignacionis predicti pabuli videlicet ante festum beati Michahelis archangeli ad granarium nostrum Wienne sub communi ac debita eiusdem civitatis mensura per abbatem predictum assignandum, ne alicui marschalco eis iniuriam vel dampnum inferendi occasionem tribuamus. Ut autem hec rata et firma permaneant, presentes litteras nostras scribi fecimus et sigilli nostri impressione communiri. Datum Wienne anno domini millesimo trecentesimo tercio in die beati Egidii.
