Friedrich Deys setzt auf Bitten des Göttweiger Procurators Johann Engélhardi nach vorausgegangener Citation in Abwesenheit des Peter Fride die Processkosten auf 45 Goldgulden fest, welche Thomas Grossel an Göttweig zu zahlen hat, nachdem Johann Engelhardi eidlich versicherte, dass sich dieselben so hoch und noch höher belaufen.Datum: Taxate autem fuerunt huiusmodi expense per nos Fridericum auditorem prefatum Constancie in loco prescripto (1415), die vero lune vicesima septima mensis maii, pontificatus domini Iohannis pape vicesimi tercii predicti anno sexto.Zeugen: presentibus ibidem discretis viris magistris Iohanne et Conrado notariis publicis et scribis nostris predictis, clericis Cameracensis et Verdensis diocesis, testibus.Source Regest: FUCHS, Göttweig II (=FRA II/52, Wien 1901) S. 127, Nr. 1043
