In nomine domini; amen. Anno domini etc. XVIII, indictione XI, die vero VI mensis novembris, hora primarum vel quasi in curia dotali Krembse honestus vir Tilmalinus, clericus Maguntinensis diocesis, constituit procuratores suos honestos viros, dominos Nicolaum in Hauczenperig, Nicolaum provisorem ecclesie predicte in Krembs et presentes et Iohannem, notarium decanatus in Mauttaren, absentem ad acceptandum pro eo et eius nomine beneficium vacans vel vacaturum quodcumque de collacione venerabilis dominisa Petri abbatis monasterii Gotwicensis vigore gracie sue expectative sibi per sanctissimum dominum Martinum papam quintum facte etc. presentibus ibidem dominis Stephane Guld in Mellico et Vlrico capellano hospitalis in Krembs testibus etc.
